University profile

Biography

After my PhD in Social Psychology (focusing on relationships) at the University of East Anglia, I was awarded a fellowship from the ESRC to spend time at the University of Bristol. I subsequently worked at the University of Bath on a national RCT examining group cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) in schools to prevent adolescent depression.

I then spent two years in the e-health industry, working for London-based company (Ultrasis), makers of online self-help programs. I joined CATCH in January 2013. My research interests include the application of relationships science to improve uptake, engagement, and adherence to contemporary interventions.
