David Clayton

Biography

My background is in social work, social care commissioning and project management. After completing my MA in Social Work at Leicester University, I worked for social services in a variety of roles and projects concerned with the transformation of social care services towards personalisation.

I Joined CATCH in October 2014 as a PhD student with the Technology for Health Ageing and Wellbeing (THAW) research scholarships. My current research is concerned with the loneliness and social isolation of older people and the role of technological interventions to overcome this.
